Julia Hunt

I have a background in competitive Bodybuilding – Woman’s Figure & Fitness. I have represented England & the UK in numerous Championships for Bodybuilding; Positioning 7th in the world championships for figure and representing England in the NABBA Universe.

I have had over 16 years experience within the Health and Fitness industry.

My passion for the industry shows in the diverse training techniques and experiences I use. I work with both professional sports people and keen fitness enthusiasts and cater for all abilities/disabilities. My motivation comes with seeing my clients achieve their goals and I put 100% in to making that happen! Exercise is important, not just for fitness, but also for health and I believe that it should be an enjoyable part of everyone’s life.

Simon Hunt

I have a background in competitive Bodybuilding; I represented England in the European Championships for Bodybuilding (EPF).
I have had over 8 years experience within the Health and Fitness industry in exercise prescription and management. I am also an instructor and assess future personal Trainers with a world leading fitness training company. I train a wide range of people with a wide range of abilities & fitness – from wheelchair users to competitive athletes however my passion is in Strength and Conditioning, particularly with a whole body approach.
